Our quality approach
In-house compound control
Rubber compounds are mixed in our own plant; every batch is tested and approved before it is released to production.
Digital quality tracking
Issues are logged on the shop floor the moment they occur; corrective actions are tracked digitally with owners and deadlines, and never closed without verification.
Lot traceability
Every product batch is traceable backwards by lot number, down to the rubber compound and raw materials used.
Multi-stage control
Defined control points at the start, during and after production; mold verification and periodic in-process checks are part of the production flow.
Calibrated measurement
Our measuring instruments are registered and periodically calibrated; overdue instruments are not used on the shop floor.
Supplier management
Raw material suppliers are regularly evaluated on delivery and quality performance.
