What we process
Name, company, e-mail, phone, request content and files you submit through our quote form or Quote Assistant; plus technical visit data (IP address, browser language, pages visited and an anonymous visitor identifier we generate).
Why, and on which legal basis
Purposes: recording and answering your request, running quotation processes, linking your unfinished requests together, measuring and improving the website, and managing commercial communication.
Legal bases by data type:
- Identity, contact and request data you submit via the form/assistant: necessity for entering into or performing a contract (handling your quote request). The checkbox on the form confirms you have been informed.
- Measurement cookies (Google Analytics/GTM): your explicit consent — the "Accept" choice in the cookie panel; if you decline, measurement runs cookieless and anonymous.
- IP address, visitor identifier and unfinished-request records: legitimate interest (understanding which network a request came from, preventing duplicates, not losing your unfinished request).
International transfers
Quote conversations are transmitted to our AI service provider Anthropic (USA) solely to generate replies; the provider does not use them to train models. Request records are kept in our business system Odoo (Odoo S.A., EU). If you consent, measurement data is processed on Google (USA) infrastructure. These transfers are limited to the stated purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Measurement cookies (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) run only with your explicit consent; without consent, measurement is cookieless and anonymous. Functional records such as language preference and the visitor identifier stay on your device and are not shared with third parties. Your IP address may be evaluated (network ownership lookup) under legitimate interest to understand which network a request came from.
